Bio

I am a Zen Punk Buddhist who likes to help people overcome their blocks to happiness, love and inner peace. I listen to punk rock music. I love scary movies (cheesy vampire fliks are my favs).

I'm the host of the wildly popular podcast Zen Punk Radio and have written several articles on creating happiness. In my work, I like to provoke and entertain as much as inspire. It is important to me that people question why they believe what they do. It's also important to laugh a lot. My writing is an attempt to do both.
